All bookings will require a £20 none refundable, non-transferable deposit to secure your booking. 

No booking will be secured without a deposit. 

Should you be required to cancel, amend or reschedule your booking, you can do so by emailing me at psychicgracy1@gmail.com, texting, or calling me on 07790452572, alternatively, you can contact me through Facebook Messenger.  

For those who have paid in advance for a reading, a full refund will be returned less the £20 none refundable/transferable deposit.  Alternatively, the remaining funds can be held as a credit for you to use at a future date.
please note, that any credit must be used within 90 days, and a non-refundable/transferable deposit of £20 will be required to secure any future bookings.  

In the event that I have to cancel your reading, a full refund and deposit will be returned to you.
