Meditation
On the first Friday of each month join me in my home for a morning of relaxing meditation.
I run this meditation morning from 10-12am approximately, and we start with a nice cuppa and a catch up, this actually serves a greate purpose, in letting us release any angst from first thing, maybe you’ve had a stressful morning or a difficult journey over, by giving you this opportunity to off load, it allows you to be able to go into a mediative space free from immediate stress, and to be more relaxed and open to the benefits mediation can bring.
You can choose which position you’d like to mediate in, but in general, everyone lies on my reclining settees with blankets.
I will guide you in a relaxing meditation journey.
And to bring you round after your deep relaxation, I offer you another cuppa and a chocolate biscuit.

Benefits of Meditation
There are many benefits from meditating but you can expect a calmer mind, better mental clarity, and let’s not forget complete relaxation and rejuvenation of the whole mind body and soul
There are also many health benefits that can be achieved through the regular practice of meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation.
To get the most out of meditation and to achieve the abundance of of benefits, its adviced to meditate daily.
You don’t have to sit there for hours on end crossed legged like often dipicticed, meditation can be as simple as taking 5 minutes in your day to allow your mind to be quite, and over time and with practice you can extend the time you can sit in silence, and you will be amazed at the differences in can make in your life.
There are lots of good websites that can detail the full benefits of meditaion, but everyone is different and very likely you will get different things form your own experiences.
